For cost-effective measurement of oxygen in gas streams, the electro-chemical cell is widely used. We have different designed cells depending on the levels of O₂ in the gas (ppm or %) and the type of gas, all based in 19” racks with touch screens and auto calibration.

Duty: to monitor a gas stream for high concentrations (0 – 100%) of oxygen This oxygen analyser integrates a maintenance free sealed electrochemical sensor with microprocessor electronics. The touch sensitive display allows the user to see and access all parameters, such as: ppm O2 content, analogue output range, temperature control, alarms status etc. The instrument has an integrated data storage facility (350 data memory as standard with an optional memory extension with SRAM card). You get a complete traceability on all events that occur on the analyser, i.e. alarms thresholds, error messages, calibration, configuration etc. All this data is available on parallel output (for printer connection) and on digital interface RS232. The automatic calibration function is easy to use and gives the following options: calibration value settings, calibration sequences which can either be performed manually or at regular set intervals, calibration on one or two points, safety report in case of error on the gas used for calibration etc.
